Thanks to its precise, sturdy, high-performance instruments, Breitling has shared the finest hours in the conquest of the skies - both in cockpits and on pilot's wrists. Its onboard chronographs have equipped the aircraft of the major manufacturers and airline companies, earning the brand the title of "official supplier to world aviation".

A LEGEND ON THE WRIST

In 1952, Breitling made its mark on airborne adventures by launching the legendary Navitimer with built-in slide rule, specially designed for pilots. In 1962, this professional instrument became the first wrist chronograph to travel in space by accompanying Scott Carpenter for his orbital flight aboard the Aurora 7 capsule. Continuously manufactured for more than 60 years, the Navitimer has established itself as a cult object among aviation aficionados.
